This member-exclusive session provides a deep dive into IMAP, the online database management application created by One Call Concepts. Attendees will learn how to directly interact with the Louisiana 811 base map to view, add, modify, and delete their organization’s active “Notification Polygons.”
We will walk through the entire polygon transaction process, demonstrating how to use the Work in Progress and Committed queues, search via latitude/longitude or ticket history, and update asset boundaries to ensure your organization receives precise, compliant locate notifications under the state’s updated universal mapping mandates.
